General Karl Tenner (director of the land survey of Vilna guberniya) – Józef Chodźko (cousin of mapmaker Leonarnd Chodźko and assigned by Tenner to survey Vilna – which took from 1819-29, as well as  Grodno, Minsk and Courland gubernii).
