Both published by Justus Perthes, Gotha, from  editions of his “Physikalischer Atlas oder Sammlung von Karten, auf denen die hauptsachlichsten Erscheinungen der anorganischen und organischen Natur nach ihrer geographischen Verbreitung und Vertheilung bildlich dargestellt sind…” A.K. Johnston’s “Physical Atlas” of 1848 was based on the 1847 edition.  In the 1847 version, we see only “Letten.” In the 1849 versions, we see both “Letten” and “Littauer.”
